Focusing On Building Lean Muscle Groups That Promote Sex Appeal
Although building up lean muscle evenly is very much advised, after a time you’ll find that you want to focus on certain ‘problem areas’ that need to be addressed. Mostly, these areas tie in to improving how you look – and that means sex appeal!
For women, the most common areas that you might want to improve on include the buttocks, hips, abs, and inner thighs. Unlike men, rippling six-packs and bulging muscles probably aren’t desired and so the focus would mainly be on firming up those areas by using high repetition weight training that leaves them looking toned and beautiful.
For men on the other hand, some of the most common areas to work on for sex appeal include the chest, abs, and biceps. Essentially, in these areas, size and tone are the key components and so you’ll undoubtedly want to build up some muscle mass before toning it to perfection. One area that is often overlooked, and yet shouldn’t be, are the shoulders. Broad shoulders really do enhance a man’s sex appeal, so be sure that you don’t leave it out!
Overall, focusing on building lean muscle groups is fine, so long as you don’t focus on them while ignoring everything else. Also, be sure to not end up over-building certain muscle groups and ending up looking extremely imbalanced. It would be quite strange if you had a huge chest, but flabby arms, don’t you think?
All said and done, if your focus is sex appeal you’ll find that having a toned and athletic body is something that is bound to work. Even by just carrying out general exercises, you’ll notice the difference, and if you’re able to isolate and focus on certain muscle groups, you’ll see that you’re able to turn yourself into a magnet for the opposite sex.
Good luck!
